Ordering: Products can be ordered on-line through our secure credit card payment system. Room 2 Grow will send an email confirming the transaction and relevant delivery information. Alternatively products can be paid by bank deposit by emailing Room 2 Grow with details of the products you wish to purchase and your contact details. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. A transaction can be cancelled if notification is received via email or phone within 24 hours.

Freight: Room 2 Grow is able to deliver products throughout New Zealand . When proceeding to the Checkout a freight calculation will be made based on the volume and the weight of the order. This freight component is added to the price of all transactions. Once payment has been received you will be emailed confirming details of your purchase and freight details.

Delivery Times: Room 2 Grow is currently Auckland based and therefore delivery times will vary slightly depending on your location in New Zealand . We aim to deliver your product within 10 working days from the date of transaction. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery during the week. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but this will incur a surcharge.

Guarantee

Room 2 Grow Limited enjoys providing quality furniture for children and we are sure you will love your purchase for many years to come. We do however advise that for your children to get the best out of their furniture they must treat it with respect and care.

Room 2 Grow Limited will not be responsible for replacing items damaged due to mistreatment or misuse. We will however, honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To the extent that the Customer acquires Goods from Room 2 Grow Limited for the purpose of the Customer's business, the Customer and Room 2 Grow Limited hereby agree to contract out of the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993."
